How to Return a Product

  5. Send it Back: Use the provided shipping label to send the product back to us.

  6. Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund within 10 business days.


Exceptions to the Return Policy

The following items are not eligible for returns:

  • Products that have been used or damaged.

  • Products missing parts, accessories, or original packaging.

  • Products purchased on sale or clearance.


Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for your purchase:

  • Credit Card Payments: Refunds will be credited back to your card.

  • Bank Transfers or Local Payment Methods in Pakistan: Refunds will be sent directly to your account.
